Meanwhile, Parker came up short against Tonopah Valley on Tuesday and fell 5-2. The Broncs haven't had much luck with the Phoenix recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Maddix Young made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave him a new career-high.

Parker's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Kingman, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-3.

Parker's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Kingman has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .474. It's a different story for Parker, though, as they've only averaged .340. Will they be able to contain Kingman's hitters?

Everything went Kingman's way against Parker when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Kingman made off with a 9-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kingman since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
