Burroughs hasn't had much luck against Oak Hills recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Burros will look to defend their home field against the Bulldogs at 3:15 p.m. Burroughs is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Isabella Farinha made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in 11 consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. Those four runs gave her a new career-high.
