Basketball Recap: Clarksville Takes a Loss

Clarksville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Austin Eagles 61-23. The Generals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-11.

Clarksville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Austin, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-13.

Coming up, Clarksville will face off against Rock Creek Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Austin, they will square off against Switzerland County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
