Volleyball Recap: Costa Mesa Takes a Loss

Costa Mesa lost against Valencia two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Costa Mesa Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Valencia Tigers. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Costa Mesa's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Valencia, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Coincidentally, Costa Mesa and Valencia will both be playing Laguna Hills the next time they take the court. Valencia will head out to face Laguna Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Costa Mesa will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
