Basketball Recap: Bonanza Comes Up Short

After flying high against Oakridge on Friday, Bonanza came back down to earth. The Bonanza Antlers fell just short of the Culver Bulldogs by a score of 30-27 on Saturday. The Antlers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 30-23.

Bonanza's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Culver, their win bumped their record up to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Bonanza will face off against Trinity Lutheran at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Trinity Lutheran will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Bonanza surely won't give up without a fight. As for Culver, they will square off against Lowell at 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
