Football Recap: Chamblee Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chamblee had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-4 to make it four. They were beaten by the Woodward Academy War Eagles 56-20. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-6.

As for Woodward Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Ryan Harrigan was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 211 yards and five touchdowns while completing 92.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 35 yards. Those 35 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Joshua Isom was another key player, picking up 67 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Coming up, Chamblee will take on Shiloh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Generals' defense has only allowed 14.4 points per game this season, so the Bulldogs' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Woodward Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Arabia Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
