The Rebels fell just short of the Bigelow Panthers by a score of 7-5 on Tuesday. The Rebels' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Sacred Heart's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Bigelow, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Looking ahead, Sacred Heart will take on Guy-Perkins at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.13 runs per game on average), something the Rebels will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Bigelow, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 4-3 victory against South Side on the 18th.
