Baseball Recap: Mater Lakes Academy Bears vs. American Heritage Patriots

It was a good run, but Mater Lakes Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 11-3 walloping at the hands of the American Heritage Patriots. Mater Lakes Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as American Heritage apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.

Mater Lakes Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeuri La Rosa, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Andres Gomez, who went 1-for-2 with a triple and a run.
