Basketball Recap: Comanche Comes Up Short

Comanche was the 78-43 winner over Dublin when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Comanche Indians might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Dublin Lions an easy 80-59 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Indians have suffered against the Lions since January 26, 2021.

Comanche's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Dublin, they moved to 5-10 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Comanche will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Millsap at 2:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Dublin also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Breckenridge at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
