Soccer Recap: Sacred Heart-Griffin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Sacred Heart-Griffin was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of St. Teresa on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cyclones came up short against the Centennial Chargers on Saturday, falling 4-0. Sacred Heart-Griffin were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Centennial apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Sacred Heart-Griffin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Centennial, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Sacred Heart-Griffin will welcome Glenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Sacred Heart-Griffin's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Centennial, they will head out on the road to face off against Mt. Zion at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
