Football Recap: Cherokee County's Run of 13 Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cherokee County can now relate to. They took a blow against the Jackson Aggies on Friday, falling 69-6. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Leading Jackson to victory were Landon Duckworth and Ezavier Crowell. Duckworth threw for 330 yards and five touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes, while Crowell rushed for 140 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries. That's the most passing yards Duckworth has posted since back in October. Another player making a difference was Junior Payne, who picked up 160 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
