Soccer Recap: Rappahannock County Comes Up Short

Rappahannock County was the 4-1 winner over Galileo when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Rappahannock County took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Galileo on Friday. Rappahannock County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rappahannock County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Galileo, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

Looking ahead, Galileo will take on Altavista at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Galileo is facing Altavista at the right time seeing as Altavista is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Rappahannock County will be paying especially close attention to Galileo's matchup: after Galileo faces off against Altavista, they'll take on Rappahannock County again at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
