Limon is a perfect 6-0 against Holyoke since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Badgers are taking a road trip to face off against the Dragons at 1:00 p.m. Limon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.6 runs per game this season.

On Tuesday, Limon made easy work of Burlington and carried off a 9-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Badgers.

Brooks Scherrer was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in May of 2025.

In other batting news, Camdyn Tacha was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Scherrer, who earned two runs and two stolen bases.

Meanwhile, Holyoke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 18-5 to Prairie.

Limon's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Holyoke, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

Limon got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April of 2025 against Holyoke by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Badgers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
