Softball Recap: Honeoye Comes Up Short

Honeoye was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 13-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Naples Big Green Machines. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Big Green Machines from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Honeoye's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Naples, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 7-8 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Honeoye will square off against Dundee/Bradford Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The BraveScots will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Naples, they will challenge Red Jacket at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
