Beloit entered their tilt with Republic County on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Buffaloes a 16-0 shutout. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Beloit's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Republic County, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.
