Indy Genesis HomeSchool's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past the Waldron Mohawks 13-1. Considering the Indy Genesis have won six contests by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Brandon Harlow was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Barnes, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .414. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Waldron only posted a batting average of .217.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Waldron, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indy Genesis HomeSchool will venture away from home to challenge Triton Central at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Waldron, they will head out to take on Tri at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mohawks are facing the Titans at the right time seeing as the Titans are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
