Baseball Recap: Drexel Takes a Loss

Drexel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 15-2 to the Midway Vikings. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Drexel's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Midway, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6.

Drexel has already played their next game (against Osceola), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Midway, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Northeast Vernon County on the 6th.
