Basketball Recap: Fryeburg Takes a Loss

Fryeburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Kennebunk Rams on the road by a 51-32 margin. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Fryeburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Kennebunk, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fryeburg will challenge Lisbon at 12:00 p.m. on January 11th. As for Kennebunk, they will square off against Biddeford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
