Soccer Game Preview: Radford vs. Wai'anae

The Radford Rams will take on the Wai'anae Seariders in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Radford will be strutting in after a victory while Wai'anae will be coming in after a loss.

Radford will bounce into Friday's contest after beating 'Aiea, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. Radford came out on top against 'Aiea by a score of 3-1 on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Rams as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Wai'anae was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Waialua an easy 3-0 victory.

Radford's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Wai'anae, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Everything went Radford's way against Wai'anae in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as Radford made off with a 4-1 victory. Does Radford have another victory up their sleeve, or will Wai'anae turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
