For the first time this season, Trinity Episcopal will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will welcome the Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Trinity Episcopal has four straight wins, Fork Union Military Academy has 16 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
If Trinity Episcopal beats Fork Union Military Academy with six runs on Tuesday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Titans never let Fredericksburg Christian get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Friday. Considering the Titans have won four games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Owen Giesen looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in May of 2024.
On the hitting side, Taegan Logan was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Rocco Fischi, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Trinity Episcopal hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fredericksburg Christian struck out eight times.
Meanwhile, Fork Union Military Academy fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Christchurch School on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Seahorses by a score of 3-2.
Fork Union Military Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaleb Wasden, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
Trinity Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Fork Union Military Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
Trinity Episcopal took their victory against Fork Union Military Academy when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-2 score. Do the Titans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blue Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
