Basketball Recap: Archbishop Mcnicholas Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Archbishop McNicholas, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They strolled past the Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 77-58. The Rockets pushed the score to 59-38 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bulldogs cut but never quite recovered from.

It was another big night for Grant Waters, who went 7 of 16 en route to 23 points along with six assists and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Matthew Ehlers, who went 5 for 8 on his way to 12 points and seven boards.

Archbishop McNicholas' victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Stow-Munroe Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
