Seminole and Lake Mary squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Seminole had to settle for second. They took a 52-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Mary Rams. The game marked the Seminoles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

When it comes to explaining why Seminole lost, don't look at Jorden Pittman. Despite the final result, he went 6 for 14 en route to 14 points and five steals. Looking ahead, Seminole will take on University at 7:00 p.m. on February 12th. One thing working in University's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for Lake Mary, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 63-36 victory against Spruce Creek on the 7th.
