There were losses among the top two ranked teams but no movement rankings wise based on overall strength and momentum. No. 1 Buchanan plays rival and No. 3 Clovis this week, so changes could indeed happen. Buchanan has been top ranked all season. League races conclude this week for some teams and next week for others.

Notes:
- Buchanan lost to Clovis West 2-1 in Tri-River Athletic Conference play, though it recovered to win a rematch 11-8.
- Bellarmine had its 12-game winning streak snapped by Valley Christian 3-0 in West Catholic Athletic League play as Patrick Wicklander tosses a complete-game three-hitter. Bellarmine plays powerhouse Huntington Beach for the Boras Baseball Classic championship at UCLA.
- Monte Vista is in first place in the East Bay Athletic League, just ahead of rival De La Salle after sweeping the Spartans.
- Casa Grande skyrocketed in this week's rankings, riding a six-game winning streak that includes victories over ranked Granite Bay (3-1) and Oak Ridge (12-0). Spencer Torkelson is batting .491 with 29 RBIs. Hance Smith had six RBIs and Chris Joaquim struck out eight in four innings against Oak Ridge.
