Soccer Recap: South Shore Vo-Tech Comes Up Short

South Shore Vo-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sturgis West Navigators. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sturgis West this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 last Monday.

South Shore Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Sturgis West, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2-2.

Looking ahead, South Shore Vo-Tech will venture away from home to square off against Bristol County Agricultural at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sturgis West, they will host St. John Paul II at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
