After losing to Baker the last time they met, Heppner decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Heppner's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Baker, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Heppner will venture away from home to square off against Weston-McEwen at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Baker, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Powder Valley on the 13th.
