Regions stay unchanged at the top.

With most states having completed their spring seasons, the MaxPreps Regional Computer Rankings saw little change this week including no new teams among the No. 1 teams in each region.

Only 12 new teams debut in the rankings this week, with many of them in the Midwest, where five new teams reside.

The regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps Computer Rankings.
