Flag Football Recap: Highland Prep West Comes Up Short

Highland Prep West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seton Catholic Sentinels.

Seton Catholic's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Giovanna Di Scala, who picked up 124 receiving yards and one score. Those 124 receiving yards gave Di Scala a new career-high.

Highland Prep West's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Seton Catholic, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Highland Prep West will take on Heritage Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seton Catholic, they will challenge Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
