The third road matchup was the charm for Reseda, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They came out on top against the Marquez Gladiators by a score of 14-6 on Monday. The Regents' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Reseda's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4-1. As for Marquez, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Reseda will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kennedy at 2:30 p.m. on October 9. As for Marquez, they will square off against Sotomayor at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Gladiators' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
