Football Game Preview: Westminster Wolves vs. Northglenn Norsemen + How To Watch

Westminster has gone 7-1 against Northglenn recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Wolves will welcome the Norsemen at 7:00 p.m. The game will give Westminster their first taste of in-conference action this season.

On Friday, Westminster blew past Adams City, posting a 55-7 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Westminster to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kevan Bunton, who rushed for 95 yards and three scores on only 11 carries. Another signal caller making a difference was Santana Soriano, who threw for 165 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 90% of his passes.

Another reason for the win was Westminster's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. Carlos Tarango was especially locked on to Adams City's QB and sacked him three times. Tarango is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last ten games he's played dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Northglenn was able to grind out a solid victory over Denver North two weeks ago, taking the game 14-7.

The critical scores for Northglenn came from Avin Franklin and Nicholas Reynolds.

Northglenn now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Westminster, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.
