Volleyball Game Preview: Bayfield Trollers vs. Washburn Castle Guards + How To Watch

Bayfield hasn't had much luck against Washburn recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Trollers will host the Castle Guards at 7:00 p.m. Washburn took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bayfield, who comes in off a win.

Bayfield hadn't beaten Lac Courte Oreilles on the road since August 27, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Trollers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trollers.

Bayfield walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 22-25, 25-18, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Washburn came up short against Baldwin-Woodville on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Bayfield's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Washburn, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
