Softball Recap: Flintridge Sacred Heart Drops Highest Score of Season Against Westridge

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Flintridge Sacred Heart). They blew past the Westridge Tigers 16-2 on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Tologs in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Ruby Daniels made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Daniels was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lesley Milton, who fired off three triples, two runs, and one stolen base while going 4-for-4. Another player making a difference was Jayne Bender, who scored three runs while going 3-for-3.
