Soccer Game Preview: Monarch vs. Nova

The Monarch Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Nova Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Monarch is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Olympic Heights on Tuesday. The Knights came up short against the Lions, falling 4-0. Monarch have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Nova's offense. They lost 3-0 to Stranahan on Wednesday.

Nova's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Monarch, they now have a losing record of 7-8-1.
