On a day when only 45 high school seniors were chosen, several of the nation's top prospects went undrafted on the second day of the Major League Baseball Draft.

Mac Marshall of Parkview (Lilburn, Ga.) (No. 9 on the MaxPreps Top 100) is still available, although that is likely due to his commitment to play college ball at LSU next year. Likewise, JB Bukauskas of Stone Bridge (Ashburn, Va.), who is headed to North Carolina, has not been chosen. Last month Bukauskas notified MLB teams to not draft him because he was committed to playing for the Tar Heels next year.

The third day of the draft begins with round 11 and will run through round 40. Marshall and Bukauskas are just a few of the gems still available on Day 3. Here are some others:

Cobi Johnson, Mitchell (New Port Richey, Fla.) - The righthander had a subpar season compared to his junior year, winning just three games and striking out 51 batters in 31 innings pitched.

Gregory Deichmann, Brother Martin (New Orleans) - A third baseman with good power, Deichmann hit 11 home runs this spring.

Keaton Mckinney, Ankeny (Iowa) - A right-handed pitcher with a fastball over 90 mph, McKinney reportedly has a seven-figure price in mind to keep him from honoring his commitment to play at Arkansas.

Scott Hurst, Bishop Amat (La Puente, Calif.) - The Del Rey League MVP batted .434 for the Lancers.

Alex Destino, North Buncombe (Weaverville, N.C.) - The versatile pitcher/outfielder was one of the leading home run hitters in the nation this year with 15.

Zack Shannon, Anderson (Cincinnati) - A potential first baseman or outfielder, Shannon can also throw over 90 mph.

John Littell, Stillwater (Okla.) - The Oklahoma outfielder/third baseman was one of the best contact hitters in the nation, rapping 47 hits this spring while leading his team to state title.

Keith Weisenberg, Osceola (Seminole, Fla.) - The righthander has made a firm commitment to Stanford, which has kept teams from drafting him sooner.

Evan Skoug, Libertyville (Ill.) - One of the top power hitting catchers in the nation, Skoug has a commitment to TCU.

JJ Schwarz, Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) -
Another top catching prospect, Schwarz has indicated that he will report to play at Florida next year.
