Basketball Recap: Temple Christian Continues Home Dominance on Friday

There's no place like home for Temple Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They enjoyed a cozy 48-31 win over the Coram Deo Academy Lions on Friday.

Temple Christian found their leader in sophomore A Richie, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of B Esskew, who had 11 points.

Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points per game. As for Coram Deo Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Temple Christian and Lake Country Christian will face off at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Coram Deo Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Meyer at 10:30 a.m. on December 28th.
