Basketball Recap: Urban Comes Up Short

Urban lost against University back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Urban Blues fell 56-45 to the University Red Devils.

Urban's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 14-7. As for University, their record now sits at 12-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Urban will head out to challenge Lick-Wilmerding at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for University, they will head out on the road to take on San Domenico at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. University knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 games -- so hopefully San Domenico likes a good challenge.
