Barron entered their tilt with Altoona on Tuesday with 12 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 13. They came out on top against the Railroaders by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Baylee Shatley paced Barron's offense, picking up seven kills. Shatley got some help from Lillian Harmon and her 17 assists. Harmon was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Barron's victory bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Altoona, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.
