Volleyball Recap: Valley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Valley lost against Albuquerque Academy on October 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Chargers.

While Valley was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-22.

Nadia Garc?a paced Valley's offense, picking up six kills. Garc?a got some help from Eliana Mulbery and her 13 assists. Reese Villanueva controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Albuquerque Academy, they pushed their record up to 14-6 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coincidentally, Valley and Albuquerque Academy will both be playing Hope Christian the next time they take the court. The Chargers will head out to face the Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Vikings will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
