Basketball Recap: Bishop Ready Find Success

Bishop Ready posted their closest victory since January 10, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Columbus School for Girls Unicorns, sneaking past 35-32. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Silver Knights also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Bishop Ready found their leader in sophomore Elle Woloshan, who posted 11 points and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Woloshan has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Lia Wahl, who had eight points in addition to five boards and three steals.

Bishop Ready has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season. As for Columbus School for Girls, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

Bishop Ready will welcome Columbus Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Columbus School for Girls, they will head out to square off against Buckeye Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
