Grafton won the last time they faced Living Word Lutheran and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Black Hawks walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Timberwolves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Black Hawks.

Grafton not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Living Word Lutheran between 18 and 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-18.

Grafton can attribute much of their success to Paige Arentz, who had 15 assists and six digs.

Grafton's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Grafton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Elkhorn on the 29th. As for Living Word Lutheran, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Brown Deer on the 27th.
