Baseball Recap: Rowan County's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games

Rowan County has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.22 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They came up short against the Bowling Green Bobcats, falling 15-1. The match marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rowan County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler Crisp, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple. Brody Lykins also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.
