Softball Recap: South Lyon Continues Road Dominance on Friday

South Lyon won the last time they faced Glenn and things went their way on Friday too. The Lions were the clear victors by a 17-1 margin over the Rockets. Considering the Lions have won 11 matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

South Lyon pushed their record up to 20-8 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Glenn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-21 record this season.

South Lyon is taking a road trip to face off against Clio at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glenn, they will take on Anderson at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
