Kings Mountain had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the South Iredell Vikings.

Denet Houey paced Kings Mountain's offense, picking up 11 kills. Houey got some help from Camden Pasour and her 14 assists.

South Iredell's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Bella Gallyon, who had nine digs and one assist, and Braceyn Gibson, who had eight digs and one assist.

Kings Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for South Iredell, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Kings Mountain wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Carson on the 16th. As for South Iredell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Uwharrie Charter Academy on the 16th.
