Hoover extended their winning streak to 11 on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 15-5 in the process. They blew past the Madera South Stallions 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won nine games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Hazel Martinez made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

In other batting news, Keilana Duron was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Another player making a difference was Bellatrix Braun, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

As for Madera South, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-22 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games.

On Madera South's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gabriella Rodriguez, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI.

As of now, neither Hoover nor the Stallions have any future games scheduled.
