Basketball Recap: Surrey Comes Up Short

Surrey lost against Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Surrey Mustangs took a 61-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood Mavericks. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Surrey's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That somehow still isn't as good as their 18-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Surrey nor Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood have any future games scheduled.
