Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Aurora Christian Academy). They walked away with a 43-34 win over Varsity Opponent on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 27-21 back in December of 2024.

Aurora Christian Academy was led to victory by Olivia Cope and Addy Lewis. Cope almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine boards, while Lewis went 5 for 10 en route to 11 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Lewis continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Aurora Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Aurora Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 28-21 win against Calvary Christian on the 14th. Varsity Opponent has also already played their next contest (against Albemarle School), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
