Baseball Game Preview: Indian Hills Braves vs. Passaic County Tech Bulldogs

The Indian Hills Braves will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Passaic County Tech Bulldogs at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Indian Hills will be strutting in after a victory while Passaic County Tech will be coming in after a loss.

Indian Hills is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Dumont. The Braves came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 4-1 on Monday.

LJ Renshaw made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Renshaw was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Ben Piotrowski was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double. Dylan Biernacki was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Passaic County Tech didn't have quite enough to beat DePaul Catholic on Monday and fell 5-4. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by just one run.
