Basketball Recap: North Yarmouth Academy Comes Up Short

North Yarmouth Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a blow against the Poland Knights, falling 66-25. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

North Yarmouth Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Poland, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

While North Yarmouth Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
