Volleyball Recap: Brandywine Heights Area Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Brandywine Heights Area can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Exeter Township Eagles on Tuesday. The Bullets have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

While Brandywine Heights Area was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Exeter Township's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21, 25-22.

Brandywine Heights Area's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Exeter Township, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

As of now, neither Brandywine Heights Area nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
