Preview: Hardaway Hawks vs. Harris County Tigers
The Hardaway Hawks will be home for the holidays to greet the Harris County Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Harris County took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hardaway, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Hardaway took their game at home with ease, bagging a 72-43 victory over Brookstone. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Hardaway has managed all season.
Antonio Dortch continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 22 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The matchup was his third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Mekhi Benton, who scored 11 points along with six steals.
Meanwhile, Harris County took a serious blow against Troup County on Tuesday, falling 71-42.
The win got Hardaway back to even at 4-4. As for Harris County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
Hardaway didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Harris County in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, but they still walked away with a 73-69 victory.
