Volleyball Recap: Thomas Nelson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Thomas Nelson can now relate to. They came up short against the Central Hardin Bruins on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Generals in their meetings with the Bruins: they've now lost nine in a row.

Central Hardin's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Graci Blair led the charge by getting 12 assists and eight digs. Blair is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ramsey Nickell, who had four digs and two aces.

Thomas Nelson's loss dropped their record down to 22-15. As for Central Hardin, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-10 record this season.

Thomas Nelson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Central Hardin, they will square off against Elizabethtown at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
